FOND DU LAC, Wis. — A Menasha man will spend 20 years in prison for setting fire to a Fond du Lac house.
Mike Perez is also sentenced in Fond du Lac County Court to 10 years on extended supervision for arson and first-degree reckless injury.
Perez set fire to the home in September of 2024.
A 16-year-old girl suffered serious injuries jumping from a second-story window to escape the flames.
