CHILTON, Wis. — A Brillion man accused of killing his father is now mentally competent to stand trial. Doctors believe Kenneth Nelson can assist in his own defense on one count of first-degree intentional homicide.
Nelson allegedly beat and choked his father to death in a town of Brillion home back in January. No trial date is set.
