Waupaca County Sheriff’s deputies say a man tried to abduct an 17-year-old girl last night.
They say she was walking on Otter Drive, near the Chain O’ Lakes, when a man in a dark-colored, crew cab pickup truck pulled up behind her. The girl says the man got out of the truck, and tried to force her into the back seat.
She got away, and she wasn’t hurt.
The suspect is described as white, about 6-2, with a muscular build.
