A meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Green Bay says a tornado did touch down in the southeast side Green Bay last night.
Jeff Last says it was an EF-zero with winds up to 85 mph.
He says it moved southeast into Bellevue.
He feels the track was about six miles long and up to nine yards wide.
Last blames straight line wind for damage in Appleton and Oshkosh.
Last reports wind of 71 mph were measured in Oshkosh.
