Work should begin soon on rehabbing the former Miles Kimball building in downtown Oshkosh.
Oracular is moving its headquarters into the 100 year old building along South Main Street.
Assistant city manager John Fitzpatrick says this is another step in the rebirth of the Sawdust District.
Oracular has dropped plans to build a rooftop lounge and restaurant at the Miles Kimball site.
The council will vote tonight on the new development plan.
