Designers have big plans for the new Lakeshore Park in Oshkosh.
SmithGroup architects present the advisory parks board with three concepts.
They include incorporating new trails, a cultural center and playgrounds.
Two of the plans call for things like fishing piers and boat docks but common council member Bill Miller doubts the DNR would allow such uses.
SmithGroup designers did not have any cost estimates on their park plans.
The Parks Board will select their preferred plan on September 9th.
