Instead of only criticizing the health care proposals from Democrats, a Republican from northeast Wisconsin says the GOP needs to come up with solutions.
Congressman Mike Gallagher of Green Bay believes transparency in health care costs is the place to start. He says transparency is also important, between companies and workers on their health insurance costs, along with health care providers and the insurance companies.
