Administrators for the Howard-Suamico School District got to hear from the community about the security upgrades in the schools.
People met at Lineville Intermediate School last night to share their thoughts at a safety summit.
Assistant Superintendent Matt Spets says they did the same thing last year but this time they let students speak as well. He says they want everyone to talk about what they’ve already done and what they plan to do in the future.
Spets says last year people asked for a consistent visitor policy for all eight schools. He says they’ve updated their rules to try to deal with that.
