Prosecutors in western Wisconsin say a 31-year-old worker at a distribution center threatened to “shoot up the place.”
Kevin Pinkman is accused of telling that to one of his co-workers at the Menards Distribution Center last week. He’s facing charges in Eau Claire County.
Prosecutors say Pinkman admitted to texting his girlfriend that he was going to kill everyone. But he claims it was a joke.
Investigators say they searched Pinkman’s house in Eau Claire, and found four rifles and hundreds of rounds of ammunition. They say he also had a handgun and bullets in his car.
