A judge is ruling the man charged with stabbing Green Bay Police K-9 Pyro is competent to stand trial.
Thirty-year-old Sai Vang has been at a state mental health facility, after he was arrested in April. He’s facing three charges, after Pyro nearly died while taking Vang into custody.
Police went to Vang’s home on Western Avenue, on a report that Vang threatened to kill his father.
