Nicolet Bank buys Choice Bank

Nicolet National Bank completes its purchase of Choice Bank.

All Oshkosh branches of Choice Bank will be re-branded as Nicolet banks.

The two institutions filed their paperwork with the Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this month.
