It’s National Bacon Day, and Wisconsin is one of the top 10 pork-producing states in the country.
People across the country are expected to eat 1.1 billion servings of bacon this year.
Wisconsin ranks ninth in the country with about 325,000 pigs. National agriculture stats show Iowa, Illinois, and Minnesota hold the top three spots.
