Work on the former Brin Building site in downtown Menasha could be well underway in the coming months.
The plans call for a four-story building at the corner of Main Street, with apartments and businesses. There would also be a three-story one along Tayco Street.
Grant Fisk of RF Development says they have a development agreement in place, and they hope to break ground in the spring.
The Brin Building burned down about 1-1/2 years ago.
The site is in what’s called an opportunity zone, so developers are getting help from the federal government to make the project a reality.
