The mother of a five-year-old boy killed almost three months ago shared her grief on a Facebook Live video on Mother’s Day.
Christian Warzniak was hit by a pickup truck, and prosecutors filed charges in the case last month.
Thirty-eight-year-old Matthew Georgia of Suamico is facing a charge of homicide by negligent driving. The boy’s mother, Tara Heath, claims she was arguing with Georgia in the driveway, and he quickly backed up.
Heath and her son were living in De Pere.
Georgia’s first court appearance is scheduled for June 17th.
