The percentage of new coronavirus tests that came back positive went down for the second straight day.
The state is reporting 2.7 percent were positive. That’s lower than yesterday’s 2.9 percent rate, and the smallest since 2.3 percent on Sunday.
There are 20,571 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin. That’s 322 more than yesterday.
There are 6,155 active cases in the state. That’s 123 fewer than yesterday. Sixty-seven percent of confirmed cases in Wisconsin have recovered, and that’s one percent higher.
The state is reporting 645 confirmed deaths. That’s 12 more.
Winnebago County has 20 more cases, and 354 overall. Over the past seven days, there have been 117 new cases.
Outagamie added 10, and now has 263.
Fond du Lac has seven more, for a total of 233. Brown added five, and has 2,374 overall.
Shawano has three more, for 56.
Two counties each have two new cases. Waupaca is up to 51, and Oconto 41.
The statewide hospitalization rate for confirmed cases is 14 percent.
