The Sheboygan Midwest Challenge, a festival and celebration of powerboat racing, returns on August 9th through 11th. The Midwest Challenge will feature the top categories of U.S. powerboat racing. More than 60 race teams are expected to participate with competitors from around the world. Take in the Friday night block party from 6 pm to 10 pm, in the heart of downtown, where you can get up close and personal with the boats. Music, food, and fun! Races are held Saturday and Sunday from on the shores of Lake Michigan - the south beach area near Blue Harbor Resort.
