No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter to win this contest (message & data rates may apply). Void where prohibited by law. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and a legal resident of the state of Wisconsin to participate in the Contest.

ODDS OF WINNING: Dependent upon number of eligible entries.

Who Can Enter
Eligible entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legal residents of the state of Wisconsin as of the date of entry. Employees (including part-time and temporary employees), officers, and directors of the Station, Administrator, Sponsors, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities directly involved in the administration or fulfillment of the Contest, as well as members of their immediate families and persons residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win the Contest.

How to Enter
STEP #1: Visit 959KissFM.com to access the “Contest” entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of the number of email addresses, accounts, or other identifying information used. Duplicate entries may be disqualified. The online entry period begins on November 2, 2026, and closes on November 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period closes will not be accepted. The Promotion Period and Entry Period are separate; the Promotion Period may continue after online entries close to allow for on-air qualification opportunities.

All required fields on the entry form must be completed, and the form must be successfully submitted, for an entry to be eligible. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is complete and accurate. Incomplete entries or entries containing materially inaccurate information may be disqualified.

STEP #2: Listen to the Station broadcast signals on 95.9 FM or 92.9 FM, or listen to the Station’s live stream at 959KissFM.com or through the KISS FM mobile app for your name to be announced. Names will be announced Monday through Friday at approximately 8:40:00am, 11:40:00am, 2:40:00pm and 4:40:00pm CST during the Promotion Period

An entrant whose name is announced must call the Station at (920) 281-0959 within nine (9) minutes and fifty-nine (59) seconds of the applicable announcement to qualify for the Grand Prize drawing. If the selected entrant does not call within the required time, the entrant will forfeit the opportunity to qualify and no replacement names will be announced.

Only entrants who have completed the required entry process and successfully qualified through the on-air call-in process, if applicable, will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

DUE TO POTENTIAL DELAYS IN ONLINE STREAMING, LISTENERS USING THE STATION’S ONLINE STREAM MAY HEAR CONTEST ANNOUNCEMENTS AFTER THEY HAVE AIRED ON THE STATION’S BROADCAST SIGNAL. THESE DELAYS MAY AFFECT A LISTENER’S ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME LIMITS. THE STATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STREAMING DELAYS THAT AFFECT CONTEST PARTICIPATION.

Entry into the Contest will constitute an agreement to abide by the Official Rules and acknowledge that the decision of the judges is final. The Contest Entry Form may offer entrants the opportunity to consent to receive marketing communications from the Station, Sponsors, and their respective affiliates, including email and text messages. Providing marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry or winning the Contest.

Grand Prize Drawing

RANDOM DRAWING TO DETERMINE ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing on November 30, 2026 at approximately 7:30:00 AM CST from among all eligible qualified entrants. The selected entrant will be considered the potential Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winner will not be declared the Grand Prize winner until all applicable verification and prize-acceptance requirements have been satisfied.
The Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest will be awarded the following:
– Travel Dates: February 13, 2027 through February 18, 2027.
– Roundtrip air from Milwaukee (MKE) to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ)
– Private roundtrip airport/hotel transfers in Punta Cana
– 5 Nights of all-inclusive accommodations at Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino (double occupancy)
– Group welcome with luggage handling upon arrival at the resort
– Rise and shine with a live morning radio broadcasts with KISS FM
– Welcome Reception to kick off the trip & Farewell event to wrap things up
– Exclusive KISS FM Passport to Paradise t-shirt, gift and custom travel documents
– Travel Leaders Discovery Tour Managers to guide you through your tropical adventure
– The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize package for the winner and one (1) guest is Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($4,800.00 USD). The ARV is an estimate and may vary based on actual travel dates, availability, and other factors. The winner will not receive the difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize, if any.
The potential Grand Prize winner must respond to the Station’s initial notification attempt and complete the required winner verification and prize-acceptance process within three (3) business days of the initial notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, fails to complete the required documentation, or is determined to be ineligible, the potential winner may be disqualified, and the prize forfeited. An alternate potential winner may then be selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
Notification will be deemed to have occurred when the Station or Administrator initiates the first notification attempt using the contact information provided by the entrant. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and current. The Station and Administrator are not responsible for unsuccessful notification attempts resulting from incorrect contact information, unanswered calls, unavailable telephone service, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control. If the potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days of the initial notification attempt, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited. An alternate potential winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
The potential Grand Prize winner is subject to verification of identity, age, residency, and eligibility. The potential winner must provide any requested documentation and complete all required prize-acceptance forms within the deadline specified by the Station or Administrator. Both the winner and guest must possess valid passports, and any other travel documents required for the trip and must satisfy applicable airline, immigration, and destination entry requirements. Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. If the potential winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to complete the required documentation, or is unable to participate in the trip on the designated dates, an alternate potential winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the Grand Prize is permitted, except at the discretion of the Sponsor or Administrator or as required by applicable law. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. The winner may be required to complete and return applicable tax forms and other prize-acceptance documentation as a condition of receiving the prize.
The potential Grand Prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and/or prize-acceptance form, as applicable, within the deadline specified by the Station or Administrator. Failure to complete and return required documentation within the specified deadline may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. To the extent permitted by applicable law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Station, Administrator, Sponsors, and their respective authorized agencies to use the winner’s name, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Additional Rules and Conditions that Apply to this Contest

The Station, Administrator, and Sponsors are not responsible for cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or other disruptions to travel arrangements caused by airlines, resorts, travel providers, weather, government actions, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Except as required by applicable law, the Station, Administrator, and Sponsors have no obligation to reimburse the winner or guest for additional expenses or to provide substitute travel arrangements due to such disruptions. Any alternative arrangements, if offered, will be determined by the Sponsor and Administrator, subject to applicable law.

Trip Prize Conditions: The selection of airline, resort, and travel arrangements will be determined by the Sponsor and Administrator. The Grand Prize includes roundtrip airfare from Milwaukee (MKE) to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ), private roundtrip airport-to-hotel transfers in Punta Cana, and five (5) nights of all-inclusive accommodations at Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino for the winner and one (1) guest, based on double occupancy, subject to availability and the terms of the travel providers.

The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel between February 13, 2027, and February 18, 2027. No alternative travel dates will be provided. If the winner or guest is unavailable to travel on the designated dates, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules.

Unless expressly included in the prize description, the winner and guest are responsible for all expenses associated with the trip, including meals and beverages not covered by the all-inclusive package, gratuities, baggage fees, airline seat-selection fees, incidental resort charges, travel insurance, passport fees, required travel documents, and other personal expenses. Any mandatory taxes, resort fees, or travel charges not included in the advertised prize must be disclosed and confirmed with the Sponsor and Administrator before the prize is awarded.

The winner and guest must comply with all applicable airline, resort, tour operator, immigration, and destination requirements. The winner is responsible for providing accurate traveler information and ensuring that both travelers possess valid passports and any other required travel documents. The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to coordinate travel arrangements and establish reasonable deadlines for providing the information needed to book the trip.

General Terms and Conditions

Use of robotic, mechanical, or other forms of pre-programmed entry methods is prohibited. Station will disqualify any Contest entry on the basis of the use of such manipulation tools. Notwithstanding the foregoing, entrants are not entitled to use such manipulation tools and Station reserves the right (in its sole discretion), from time to time, to implement entry processes that may frustrate or prohibit such automated entry; provided, however, that no entrant in any Contest may rely upon or insist upon Station’s failure or refusal to take any of the foregoing actions or to determine, in its sole discretion, that one entrant’s entry should be discounted because another entrant’s entry was or vice versa.

The Station and Administrator reserve the right to interpret and apply these Official Rules and to make determinations regarding eligibility, entry validity, qualification, winner selection, and prize fulfillment. All determinations will be final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. Entry into the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

The Station, Administrator, and Sponsors are not responsible for technical difficulties, equipment malfunctions, communication failures, website or application outages, lost or delayed transmissions, inaccurate entry information, or other technical or operational issues that may affect entry submission, contest participation, winner notification, or prize fulfillment.

The Station reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules. If the Contest cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, unauthorized interference, system errors, or other circumstances that compromise or threaten the fairness, security, or integrity of the Contest, the Station and Administrator reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest, subject to applicable law. Any material changes will be communicated through the Station’s website and/or on-air announcements when reasonably practicable.

All entries become the property of the Station and will not be returned. Incomplete, ineligible, duplicate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. The Station reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or otherwise violates these Official Rules. The Station may prohibit such individuals from participating in future Station contests, subject to applicable law.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless the Station, Administrator, Sponsors, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants consent to the Station’s use of their names and submitted contest materials for announcing contest results and promoting the Station and its programming, without additional compensation. Any use of an entrant’s voice, likeness, or other personal information for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and the Station’s privacy policy. The Grand Prize winner may be required to provide separate publicity consent as a condition of accepting the prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Station may photograph, videotape, or audiotape contest-related activities for legitimate contest administration, news, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and the Station’s privacy policy. Any additional consent required for the use of an individual’s image, voice, or likeness will be obtained as applicable.

The Station reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who engages in fraud, tampers with the entry or qualification process, provides materially false information, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.

The Station and Administrator reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances compromise or threaten the fairness, security, or integrity of the Contest. Any material modification or termination will be communicated on-air and/or posted on the Station’s website when reasonably practicable, subject to applicable law.

The Station may establish alternative methods of entry if reasonably necessary to maintain fair access to the Contest. Information collected in connection with entry or participation will be handled in accordance with the Station’s applicable privacy policy, available through the privacy-policy link on the Station’s website. Entrant information may be shared with the Sponsors and relevant travel providers as reasonably necessary to administer the Contest and fulfill the prize, subject to applicable law and the applicable privacy policies.

This contest is solely operated by the Administrator and has no affiliation, endorsement, or association with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., or any of their respective brands, products, or subsidiaries. All trademarks and intellectual property rights used or referenced are the property of their respective owners.
