Safety and Compliance: Your school or organization is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all participants and for complying with all applicable school policies, local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and health codes during the “KISS YOUR CONCESSIONS” event.

Promotional Rights: By participating, you grant 95.9 KISS FM the right to use your school’s name, logo, event photos, and videos for promotional purposes related to “KISS YOUR CONCESSIONS” on air, online, and in other media.

Limitation of Liability: 95.9 KISS FM, its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or in connection with the “KISS YOUR CONCESSIONS” event, except where prohibited by law.

Changes and Cancellation: 95.9 KISS FM reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the “KISS YOUR CONCESSIONS” event or these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
